Presumably this is about the recent mining spill. In which case this is the most likely scenario; the people sue the mining company for damages, the mining company goes broke, the people are left to foot the clean up bill.
It’s America, the land of the free to starve to death, pollute, shoot to kill if it moves, free for all.
