It will continue to fall in value because new technology is about to hit the market that doesn’t require fossil fuels. It’s the reason why they are busy selling it off while they still have a market for it. They wont have a market in the near future, so the price of fossil fuel will collapse, and the US dollar along with it, seeing as it’s based on the value of crude oil.
