The world will change, because the Earth is alive and is growing, but man, if he cannot adapt, will die off, just like the Dodo bird, and millions of others! I am not worried and you don’t need Jesus to be eternal. That’s the 1st law of energy! It never ends, but only converts!

So what’s this about? Hedging your bets that it’s not September this year?
The only thing to which the Dodo didn’t adapt was humans walking up and clubbing them into extinction. And for no good reason given the reports that they weren’t good eating. In fact when the birds weren’t rendered immediately unconscious their cries would attract other birds which would then stand about patiently waiting to be dispatched in like manner.
Anyone wanting to dismiss this as ancient history, from more barbaric times, might be interested to know that the last Dodo was killed on almost exactly the same day that Newton’s “Principia” was published. An altogether thoughtless analogy, not to mention offensive, in the light of truth.

Nope, not all of them, there are many creatures that remain unchanged. It’s only the creatures that can’t adapt to the new conditions that perish. In other parts of the world where the same species lives, they don’t die out because the conditions haven’t changed as much. But not to worry, the religious still have hope, after all if jelly fish can survive for millions of years without a brain…
