The idea of a ‘great revival’ sounds good, but I don’t see anything in the Scripture to support this idea. The Scriptures must be the standard, and it says just the opposite. There will be a great falling away, 2 Thessalonians 2:3, “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition…”. There will be a deception, Matthew 24:24, “For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect…”. God will turn away from the Gentiles and graft Israel back in, Romans 11:20-22, “Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.”. Etc…Can anyone show me something I missed regarding a last minute revival? There will be a revival in Israel when God seals 12,000 from each tribe, but as for the perverted, corrupt thing that calls itself the Church, I don’t see it. I see ease, sleep, and the perversions that the Lord rebukes in Rev 2 and 3…the doctrine of Jezebel, the way of Cain, and the doctrine of Baal, (I can be more specific about the nature of these doctrines if anyone is interested). I would love to see the humility that acknowledges God’s ways instead of our own ways (we don’t even know what that means!), prayer that actually seeks God’s face to be able to see what God is saying about what are ‘wicked ways’, and a heart that wants the truth, regardless of the consequences. He will hear! He will instruct, He will correct, and He will forgive. I don’t know about you, but when I have presented the idea to many that the Word of God is the only standard, it is not met with that kind of heart. How else are we to judge? If we believe in God, we need to hear Him. He has given us His Word. He can interpret it, (it interprets itself…as we compare it with itself). Then, we need to LISTEN. Matthew 13:43, “Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear”. Amen!

I feel sorry for her kids/grandkids. I pulled my kid out of a southern baptist church after a weekend revival he went to with some friends and it took me 2 weeks to remove the poison they planted into his mind. He was so freaked out when he got home that I was really concerned and called our friends that he went with about it.
We believe in God and receive his blessings daily, But I will not allow fear and mind control and religious blackmail to ruin my sons life.
