Nope, the world will carry on just fine without us. What you actually mean is time running out for us. The answer to which is no. Humanities ancestors survived hundreds of millions of years worth of natural and man made disasters. Granted, some times by the skin of their teeth, but we’re still here. We are exceptional in our ability to adapt to change.
