The true Witnesses for Christ, not the fearfull who believe albeit falsely in a Pretribulation Rapture, will Reign on Earth with Christ.
The First Judgment, Death and Resurrection.

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Where do you think these dead were placed if not in Hell?

The Second Death after the 1000 Year Reign of Christ on earth

The Place that Christ has prepared for us- We don’t go up to Heaven He brings Heaven to us.

The first group mentioned that are destined for the second death are the fearfull.
This includes those who are fearful of suffering for Christ; think the phony Christians that do not have the mind of Christ. Without the Baptism of the Holy Spirit they can not discern truth, have a true relationship with Jesus or endure real Tribulation.
The Pretribulation Rapture is a deadly doctrine unto damnation for many.
2 Thess 1:5 Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:
Those that will inherit the Kingdom will suffer for it.
2 Thess 1:7-8And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
No Pretribulation Rapture, Christ returns with his Angels to earth. Also note that those who obey not the Gospel of Christ will be destroyed.

Everlasting Destruction- This means it goes onforever

Baptism of water is an outward sign and is works, it can not save us.

This is a description of the beginning of the 1000 Year Reign. It also disproves the false fairy tale teaching of a Pretribulation Rapture. There are no nations in Heaven.

The only caveat given in 1 Cor. 15: 23 is this: “but every man in his own order.” Not all will appropriate immortality at the same time. Jesus established the FACT of universal reconciliation, but the TIMING is determined by our will and actions. The overcomers will receive aionian life (“ life in The Age”) in the first resurrection (Rev. 20: 4-6) so that they might reign with Him during the thousand-year Tabernacles Age. The rest of the believers will be given life (immortality) when the thousand years is finished. This is the time of the general resurrection, when ALL who yet remain in the tombs “shall hear His voice and shall come forth” (John 5: 28, 29). This will include both unbelievers and the rest of the believers who missed the first resurrection. Those who refused Christ during their life time on earth, along with the great majority of mankind who never had opportunity to hear of Him in the life time, will confess Him as Lord at the Great White Throne. Even so, they will be judged according to their works (Rev. 20: 13). Because all sin is reckoned as a debt, the great Judge will reckon each man’s “debt” according to his sin and according to his level of knowledge (Luke 12: 48) and then sentence him to be “sold” according to the law in Ex. 22: 3. The purchaser will be an overcomer, one with the character of Jesus Christ, who will be given authority and responsibility to teach them righteousness by personal example and by force if necessary. This judgment will endure until the Creation Jubilee.
No one will be tortured, for torture is not a judgment in biblical law, nor is it one of the fruits of the Spirit, nor is it consistent with the character of God as revealed in Christ. Some may receive 40 lashes with a whip, according to the law mentioned in Jesus’ parable in Luke 12: 48, but that, Jesus called a “fire” in verse 49.
The fire is the Word of God, including the “fiery law” (Deut. 33: 2). It is the manifestation of the righteous character of God Himself, for He manifested Himself to Israel only as fire. Rev 20:10 the “are” is added and not in the scripture. This scripture clearly states it is the devil, Satan, that is cast into the Lake of Fire and it is HE who is tormented day and night for ever and ever — no mention of the beast, the false prophet OR any man being tormented.
Yes the beast and the pope are cast into the Lake of Fire and are burnt to ashes — they are physical flesh and blood humans and they will die and cease to exist for ever more.
I fully realize how “invested” you fellows are in your perverted doctrine of men, it is impossible for you to see your errors even when presented with perfect logic and clear scripture.

The concept of an afterlife is ancient pagan in origin, eg, the Egyptian Osiris judges the dead, weighing their heart against that of a feather, if they passed they entered an afterlife paradise, if they failed they were obliterated. Hell fire and damnation was invented by Pope Augustine, along with sex is only for procreation. He is also famous for inserting the last paragraph to not add or subtract from the bible. That’s all he did was add and subtract from it.
There are many ways the Restoration of All Things is taught in the Scriptures.
(1), there is the law of Jubilee, which cancels all debt (sin) at the end of the time of judgment.
(2), there is God’s vow in Num. 14: 21 to fill the whole earth with His glory.
(3), Jesus says that if He were “lifted up” (crucified), He would draw [literally, “drag”] ALL MEN unto Himself.
(4), Paul quotes Isaiah in Phil. 2: 10, 11 that “every knee” will bow and “every tongue” will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
(5), Paul quotes Psalm 8 in many places to show that “the all” will be subjected to Christ in the end.
The only reason people find Paul’s teaching offensive is because they really do not want all sinners to be saved. They give their money to the Church for the purpose of “saving souls” that they have never met, but they do not want certain ones to be saved, because they feel that they “deserve” to be punished forever.
The issue of opposition to “everyone is ultimately redeemed” comes down to three primary objections. The first is to say some people are such huge sinners that their debt to the law exceeds the value of the blood of Christ. It says that Christ’s blood was insufficient to pay for the sin of the whole world. The second objection says that Christ paid for the sin of the whole world, but that most of it was undeliverable, due to the will of man. This was the scenario presented by Moses in Numbers 14. God’s answer was that the whole earth will be filled with His glory, and not just Israel as a nation. The third objection says that God does not love the world enough to actually purchase all of creation by His blood. This is the idea of limited atonement. It says that God elected only a few to be saved, and decided by His own sovereign will to cast away all others. But Jesus said in John 3: 16, “For God so loved the world.”

Although I disagree with your viewpoint I presented my viewpoint, not exactly as the James Glover approach, with three articles. I got about as many hits as you and definitely not in the multi thousands as Glover or some of the other posters with over the top JAW DROPPING headlines.
You may have to come to the same conclusion as I did. People are not interested in Biblical scriptural teachings at all but only gossip as to the alleged timing of the next so-called big fantastic, jaw dropping, mind numbing, head exploding, balls busting, unbelievable event.
