Well actually I think Putin has just told the world why the expected collapse of the American dollar hasn’t happened… yet. America forced down the price of crude oil in an attempt to stuff the Russian economy, but Putin called America’s bluff and lowered the value of Russian crude oil even further. Which left America up sh*t creek, because the only thing buoying up the dollar is the high value of crude oil. So to stave off the dollar from collapsing America has been receiving/buying nearly free (cents instead of dollars per barrel) stolen oil from Syria and Iraq via Israel. ISIS is stealing it and selling to the Kurdish mafia who is piping it to Israel, and from there to America and elsewhere. You can safely bet to France, Germany, and other EU countries as well.

So all Putin has to do is oust ISIS from Syria and stop Israel stealing it on the Golan Heights, which is Syrian not Israeli, keep Russia’s crude oil at a lower rate than America’s and sit back to wait for America’s economy to implode.
