Human-Alien Hybrids Are Among Us as Part of the Alien Integration Plan to Control Humanity (Video)
David M. Jacobs is a retired college professor who has studied ufology since the mid-1960s as the UFO phenomenon might signal contact with another species. It did, but not in the way that David M. Jacobs imaged.
Besides, David M. Jacobs has investigated more than 1150 abduction events experienced by more than 150 abductees.
The abduction evidence has forced him to evolve into a fearful investigator and as a result of his investigations he has uncovered a disturbing phenomenon, what he describes as “The alien integration action plan”, a silent and insidious invasion, that he began noticing in 2003.
According to David M. Jacobs, the incidents of alien abductions have declined as occurrences of alien involvement in everyday life have accelerated. Alien hybrids have moved into your neighborhood and into your workplace.
They have been trained by human abductees to “pass,” to blend in to society, to appear as normal as your next door neighbor.

His Ph.D is in 20th century American history. It’s a poor Ph.D on the scale in histories and time periods, seeing as next to zero research needs doing to write anything. He has founded his work on media based hear say and hype, not actual history or empirical evidence. History is changing, these days producing a story is not enough, you need shed loads of evidence before any self respecting publisher will even look at it. They might consider publishing it under fiction though.
Which makes it a subject for a historian. If history is a subject full of various 1st hand sources.
Accounts of the holocaust for example are not going to be checked by academics in fear of THEIR career but there are lots of them that ALMOST NO ONE thinks weren’t just made up.
Many UFO (unidentified flying object) accounts on the other hand might be confused description of SOMETHING that really happened in history.
