Scientists say it’s a question of when — not IF — a devastating earthquake, followed by a huge tsunami, strikes the continental United States, right in the Pacific Northwest.
“This would be like five or six Katrinas all at once, up and down from California to Canada, would be the closest thing I can think of,” said Chris Goldfinger, a paleo-seismologist at Oregon State University.
It may sound like a Hollywood disaster movie, but it’s not; this is the future for the region’s seven million people, says Goldfinger. His research shows much of the region is overdue for a major quake. —CBS News

As of late, news sources are writing more articles than ever about a coming mega quake, warning us that it could happen at any time and that people are not prepared. And, FEMA’s best-case scenario doesn’t sound too promising either. Here’s what an article published in CBS News only days ago had to say:
FEMA’s best-case scenario: 10,000 dead. And that’s assuming no beach tourists, which would lead to their worst-case scenario — simply too terrifying to contemplate.
“This is going to scare a lot of people,” said Dahler.
“Well, I don’t think that’s a bad thing,” Goldfinger replied. “If you’re really well-prepared, and the infrastructure is hardened, that can be the end of it. If you don’t plan at all, it’s going to be a catastrophe. And then there’s just nothing you can do about that.”
“Depending on when it happens, we’re talking numbers that this nation I’m not sure is really prepared to deal with,” said Murphy.
“We’re not completely unprepared, but we’re pretty darn close,” he said. “On a scale of one to ten, we’re probably a little shy of one at this point.”

Its gargantuan size and potential power amaze earthquake experts, who say it could cause the worst natural disaster in the history of North America — if it ruptures entirely.
This quake-maker sits at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, where the seabed meets the North American tectonic plate. In all, it stretches 700 miles along the Pacific Northwest, from British Columbia’s Vancouver Island to Washington to Oregon to northern California’s Cape Mendocino.
And, one of the world’s largest earthquakes was unleashed from the Cascadia Subduction Zone, and caused a tsunami so massive it reached Japan!
In fact, “the Cascadia” already has made history, causing the largest earthquake in the continental United States on January 26, 1700. That’s when the Cascadia unleashed one of the world’s biggest quakes, causing a tsunami so big that it rampaged across the Pacific and damaged coastal villages in Japan.
Now it’s a question of when the Cascadia will strike again, scientists say.

I am reminded of the late David Wilkerson’s cryptic message of coming destruction! Here is an excerpt from chapter 2 of David Wilkerson’s 1974 book The Vision. Pay attention to the paragraph with bold text:
The United States is going to experience in the not-too-distant future the most tragic earthquakes in its history. One day soon this nation will be reeling under the impact of the biggest news story of modern times. It will be coverage of the biggest most disastrous earthquake in history.

And, the earthquake he mentions in Japan could be the one that took place in 2011. This scenerio fits perfectly with Wilkerson’s 1974 prophecy!

I have never heard of these 2 other danger zones until now. Everybody seemed to know only about the Yellowstone one which they NOW say is a SUPER VOLCANO! Thanks for telling us when we developed all around these areas and NOT BEFORE! So nice!
