Daniel 9:27, it is confirmed to remain in that same spiritual condition of rebellion and iniquity. Desolations continue until all that is determined is poured out on the desolate. The Wrath of God will be poured out on all that are without Christ. This is the end result of these desolations.

Great idea, why don’t people just wait for someone else to do something. Jesus would just pop here to be mocked by the public and chased by all Governments, just to do what people can’t be bothered to do themselves? Do whatever it is you want done yourself. Or not, just wait for something, anything, then when something goes astray you can just blame someone else, “oh its all your fault Obama just opened a flaming pit into hell, it wasn’t my fault, I was here doing nothing watching him do it”.

God’s word, the Bible, says that Jesus’ return is 2520 years after the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem, in 607 B.C.E. He ascended into the clouds unable to be seen, and his return was the same, unseen. But he gave loads of signs showing his presence indicating his “return”. All of those signs have taken place, but no one looks for them. If one studies the scriptures, an ACCURATE copy of them, instead of poorly translated versions like KJV and the Catholic Bibles, one can clearly see what those signs are, and can then know Jesus has taken to his throne, and is now ruling the Kingdom in heaven. His first act was to toss Satan and one third of the angels, who side with Satan, to “the vicinity of the Earth”. It says “woe to the Earth, since Satan is very angry knowing he has but a short time”. He is soon to be abyssed for the thousand years Revelation tells us of. The first thing that happened when Satan was tossed down to the Earth was world war one, then ww2, plagues, earthquakes, and the love of the greater number has grown cold. Every sign has taken place.
