By slipping through the 2017 National Defense Authorization Act, President Obama has signed the “Countering Disinformation And Propaganda Act” into law, effectively putting all speech under federal control.

Freedom of speech is protected by 1st amendment of Constitution. NO executive order can take this right away. The “Countering Disinformation and Propoganda Act” is truly attacking BIN, Info Wars, and other new avenues for conveying truth to the consumer of news.
The title of Mr. Jones show indicates awareness for current media environment. It is a war. This CDPA burried within the NDAA projects adversaries of truth next phase for war, the courts. Smaller players may need to rally together for strength (money) or they will certainly be bankrupted and thus silenced.
Our own government is a most diabolical enemy. A good percentage of citizenry knows this. The enemies of truth will not win. They will be hung by a rope of their own design.
I hope he bans Alex Jones and his big gob but he’s the last one to be banned because his job is to rub off on us and make us all look twats like him.
Twice in a week that Obummer has done something right but puppet Trump will soon have the bankers back on track and minds of 9/11 as he protects his banking friends who also own Congress and the CIA/NSA
Sorry but BIN has become a prime example of fake news and next week we will be hearing that Trump is a woman in disguise and is in bed with Alex Jones nearly as much as Trump is in bed with the bankers.

Don’t forget: Obama could not have signed the bill unless Congress first passed it and sent it to him. Some changes in the seats of Congress will change with the new administration. More significantly, Trump can veto such bills, which would require a 2/3 majority in the Congress to override, rather than merely 50% plus 1.
Do you want the truth? Do you get the truth? With dissemination of information exploding online, what do you want your children reading? Freedom of speech was all about freedom of political speech. It was meant for common men, whom the founding fathers trusted to seek truth. Somewhere, somehow, there must be some arbitrator of the worst offenses in untruth in our media. Triage. At a certain point, you have to trust someone to be a watchdog for lies, even if they screw it up. Do you want other nations controlling you via false news and mud-raking?
