In Norse mythology it´s said that Heimdallr(the warder of Gods, “the one who illuminates the world” etc) will blow his horn when Ragnarök(the final battle of Gods and the Earth) kicks off. The final precursor of that event will be the Fire Rooster crowing to hell. 2017 is the year of the Fire Rooster.
Falun Gong Was Introduced in 1992
First of all let´s have a look at the deeper meaning of the Norse story of three different Roosters crowing three times just before Ragnarök. The three latest Rooster years have been 1993, 2005 and 2017. We know from many prophecies the focus on Falun Gong as a way to save oneself at the End Of Times. Falun Gong was introduced to the public in 1992 as a new form of Qi Gong to help people reach enlightenment outside of religion by following Truth-Compassion-Tolerance in daily life in addition to doing the exercises to improve the body. 1992 just preceded the first of the three rooster years. 1993 was the year of the “Water Rooster”. Water signifies life and when Falun Gong was introduced many people became healthy in China as this Chinese Health Survey indicates. 2005 was the year of the “Wood Rooster”. Wood signifies yang and expansion. The ”Fire Rooster” came in 2017 and it has a Yin quality this year although this rooster also has fire.
The double element of Fire and Yin have very strong connections to hell and 2017 is the year of the Fire Rooster…
The first Rooster crows to the Giants in the Norse legend of Voluspa. The second Rooster crows to Gods and awakes the heroes. This is interesting as the persecution of Falun Gong started in 1999 and since then Falun Gong practitioners had to oppose the persecution against the formidable propaganda machine of the CCP – many of these people have truly fought like heroes. Furthermore the whole period of 1992-2017 has been a process of letting people learn about the goodness of Falun Dafa cultivation.
Völuspa Prophecies The End Of This World
The last rooster finally crows to Hell in Völuspa marking the beginning of Ragnarök. Völuspa states that after the final rooster has crowed the wolf is let loose and the final battle of Gods and Humans start with Ragnarök when the Earth and many Gods and human beings will pass away and a few can be saved:

In the Bible we see the same story about the rooster crowing a final timeand then Peter, Jesus disciple, realizes his mistake to deceive his Master. Immediately after the Rooster crows a second time Jesus is taken away by Guards to be interrogated and later crucified. If the story is repeated with Falun Gong it means that now the final Rooster crows and then it´s the last chance for human beings before destruction starts.

And just then, the rooster crowed a second time. Then Peter remembered the word Jesus had spoken to him: “Before the rooster crows twice, you will deny Me three times.” And he broke down and wept.
Conclusion
The story is repeated from the Bible but this time it´s about Falun Gong. Jesus was persecuted in the Bible and his follower, Peter, was afraid of being persecuted and deceived his Master after falling asleep in prayer. Isn´t there a parallell in China today? How many Chinese people have been deceived by the CCP propaganda and their lies about Falun Gong? Truth will be presented to everyone and the illusion will be broken soon.

By the way, the Year of the Rooster or Cock in Chinese astrology occurs every 12 years. So based on your premises, at any given point in time you could argue that two cycles of the Rooster have passed and the next one will herald the end of the world. Hell, you even attempted to use a passage from the bible to support your half-baked theory, which really isn’t saying much because there’s a bible verse that can be used to argue virtually every fallacy and irrational argument one can concoct.

‘I am not sure what you refer to but in summary I´d like to point out a few facts coinciding with FG´s appearance on the world stage:
1) Introduced in 1992 – same year as the shift of the Mayan calendar and the legendary and prophecied shutdown of the Falun copper mines.
2) Grew to 100 million practitioners in 7 years – not any spiritual method has ever come close to that growth.
3) 1999 July persecution started exactly in line with the Nostradamus prophecy and Cayce and Ragno Nero etc. Persecution by the Great Red Dragon(CCP) as prophecied in the Bible.
4) No membership, no fees, no priests, everything for free on the Internet – only cultivate your heart.
5) Master Li Hongzhi introduced Falun Gong – coinciding with names like “Elijah” in the Bible, Li Hong in Daoist prophecy, Libra, Selin in Nostradamus prophecy, Li in Ge An´s prophecy.
6) Health Surveys show fantastic healing effects by practicing Falun Gong.
Most importantly – there is no other spiritual discipline introduced to the global public and spread to a large number of people across the world except for Falun Gong. So by way of exclusion while thinking rationally anyone sees where the odds are while looking at prophecies – and this is not something I say because of emotions -it´s just plain and simple facts that Falun Gong matches the dates and the names given in prophecies.

Today of cource they are trying different aproach so they wont get prosecuted for fraudulent crimes which would have been the case in China.
