If I’m not mistaken I believe Elijah comes with some pretty awesome powers that supersede the courts or country’s personal bias’s. If I were the courts, in this case, I would be more worried at what Elijah might bring down on them.
With regard to Who Elijah is, we have it straight from John the Baptist that he was NOT Elijah.
John 1:19-23
1:19 And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou?
1:20 And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ.
1:21 And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elijah? And he saith, I am NOT. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.
1:22 Then said they unto him, Who art thou? that we may give an answer to them that sent us. What sayest thou of thyself?
1:23 He said, I [am] the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight The Way of the Lord, as said the prophet Isaiah.
Malachi 4 is clearly referring to the End-times, right before Judgement Day exactly as it says , NOT 2000 years ago.
When Elijah and Enoch do come to the Earth the world will know about it by the power they command through God’s angels. Best guess to their arrival April 13 2022?
Where in the Bible does it say that Enoch is coming back? NOWHERE.
And if someone mistakenly thinks that two men are the Two Witnesses, they should study the article on the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse and the Two Witnesses by EliJAH at the following link:-
…The spirit of Elijah, comes to turn the hearts of man back to the fathers, FATHERS..plural…that is what is happening right now. Both ‘fathers’, gathering their loyal followers.

The scripture from Malachi 4:5 refers to John the Baptist.
