Seen.life is a website that is similar to Facebook but without all the censorship. Firearm friendly, you may buy sell or trade anything allowed by site TOS rules.

I remember telling some people something about deception, reading the books riddled by snakes (as they all are) and saying “So, discerning the poison is the issue then” (yes yes, I know venom is the term I should use when referring to actual snakes).
Anyway, so I gave an example.
You could have a convoluted, “complex” deception, something like:
“My fellow patriot, I need you to fight a war for me. We are superior, it is our right. I promise you and your family prosperity, sign up as a soldier, urge your children to support me, send them to the battlefield for glory, honor and undeniable rewards”
There’s a nice parallel there, if you care to consider it.
Otoh, you could have a nice, simple deception, something like:
“I’m going to give you a cookie.”
Now, here’s what could happen.
In the complex deception, you don’t get prosperity, you, your sons and daughters die, you supported murders. Would you be pleased?
In the simple deception, you could be given a box of cookies. Still deceptive…
