After Obama Gave Kill Order for Bald Eagles, Look What Trump Did to Save Them! (Video)
Paris Swade for Liberty Writers reports, If you didn’t know, Obama hated America while he was President. He even passed a law that allowed for Bald eagles to be killed or injured in the thousands by the high-speed turbines on wind turbines.
The bald eagle, with its snowy-feathered (not bald) head and white tail, is the proud national bird symbol of the United States—yet the bird was nearly wiped out there. For many decades, bald eagles were hunted for sport and for the “protection” of fishing grounds.
Pesticides like DDT also wreaked havoc on eagles and other birds. These chemicals collect in fish, which make up most of the eagle’s diet. They weaken the bird’s eggshells and severely limited their ability to reproduce.
Since DDT use was heavily restricted in 1972, eagle numbers have rebounded significantly and have been aided by reintroduction programs. The result is a wildlife success story—the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has upgraded the birds from endangered to least concern. – NatGeo

First up, I’m not defending Obama. I don’t like presidents. Period. None of them are looking out for you. None.
But on that note, what Obama did, was not allow companies to go out and intentionally kill eagles.
See, as a nation were trying to lowered our dependence on fossil fuels, and other power sources that destroy the environment. That’s not a bad thing, no matter which side of the political debate you foolishly think is right
One alternative power source, are those giant wind farms you see places.
Well, birds aren’t exactly educated in the way these things work, and sometimes fly into them and get injured or killed.
And if it’s a bald eagle that does it, there’s a potential for fines.
Yup, Obamas law did allow these companies to kill bald eagles, accidently, if the company paid for a $36,000 permit, to avoid fines for up to 4,200 bald eagles.
Oh, and that permit existed way before Obama. It just allowed for a lower number of 1,000 bald eagles.
That’s far from Obama “signing a kill order”.
So are wind farms taking advantage of this permit, and creating mobile wind farms, with intent of going out and intentionally killing bald eagles?
Most likely not. Between 1997 and 2012 there were only 85 bald eagles killed by flying into wind farms.
So, all we have here is another idiot far right, trying to make idiot far lefts look bad. Obama wasn’t killing bald eagles, and Trump didn’t save the day.
