• Update: South Burlington, Vermont (First reported 03-23-15): A lieutenant who pled guilty to DWI was suspended for four weeks and will keep his job. He will also see a pay decrease during the time his driver’s license is suspended. ow.ly/MooZb

• Virginia Beach, Virginia: An officer was placed on administrative leave for violating department’s use of force policy against a 17-year-old boy. The officer used pepper spray on the boy during a traffic stop but deployed a stun-gun too soon after the pepper spray.  ow.ly/MorMK
