                                                         GEEKS & GALS BALL

Single Geeks and the Women Who Love Them are invited to meet at the Geeks & Gals Ball, Saturday, August 8, 2015, 8pm-Midnight, at the Aloft Hotel, 10165 N DeAnza Blvd, Cupertino CA.

“Silicon Valley Bachelors have a bad rep with women,” says Rich Gosse, Chairman of The Society of Single Professionals.  “Supposedly they are all geeks and workaholics.  The fact is that like every group of men, some are and some aren’t.  We organized the Geeks & Gals Ball to poke fun at the unfair characterization of the single men of Silicon Valley.  Just as it is unfair (and racist) to stereotype all black people as stupid or all Hispanics as lazy, so too it is unfair to overgeneralize about Silicon Valley bachelors.”

“Women who are not scared off by stereotypes,” continues Gosse, “are encouraged to discover for themselves the large numbers of attractive bachelors available in the Silicon Valley, many of whom will be attending the Geeks & Gals Ball. The Silicon Valley is the ONLY major metropolitan area in the USA with a surplus of single men. Single Women should stop complaining about the supposed shortage of bachelors in America, and come to the Silicon Valley, where they are the most plentiful!”

Rich Gosse is America’s foremost authority on finding a romantic partner and author of eight books on this subject.  He frequently discusses the glut of bachelors in the Silicon Valley with the news media, including ABC World News Tonight, CNN, The London Times, Mademoiselle, AP Radio Network, Wired, San Francisco Chronicle/Examiner, San Jose Mercury-News.  He is available to the news media by calling 415/479-3800.
The Ball is co-sponsored by The Society of Single Professionals, the world’s largest non-profit organization; and by 10 Singles Meetups. It features dancing to current hits and oldies. Adults of all ages are welcome.  The cost is $20/door.  Discounts and more parties available at www.ThePartyHotline.com or 415-507-9962.
