Cops Getting Info/Orders from the “News Agency” During Dylann Roof Hoax Arrest – Video/Audio – Listen

This is a short clip from the original Dylann Storm Roof/Charleston massacre shooter arrest.
If you listen to the police dash cam audio during the pullover of Dylann’s cart, the officer states “further 1014 from Officer Davis advised that will be the correct vehicle per the “NEWS AGENCY“.
This is a clip where I have played and replayed the audio, so you don’t have to keep backing up to get a good listen. Not evereyone hears things the same way.
I do believe I am hearing this correctly. Can I get a witness??? You can find the original clip on youtube in several locations, I noticed that media outlets have removed this portion from their original release. Hmmm.
