WEB Notes: The milk is a fantastic thing to bring us into the Word of God. However, as a babe that milk is meant for growth. With time the babe then starts to consume the meat which is more tangible and builds. John 6:27 provides us with a great example of Spiritual meat. “Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.” God’s Word is everlasting, a moment in His Word provides wisdom that will last forever.

1 Peter 2:2-3

“As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.”
