Republican candidate for the North Carolina State House, Steve Henion, wants voters to send a symbolic message to his incumbent opponent, Grier Martin III (D-Wake), who is one of the nanny state legislators that recently voted to enact legislation banning juice products and chocolate milk from child care facilities across the state.
