EPA: bill could delay review of toxic chemicals. A House proposal to reform the nation’s toxic chemical laws could “delay evaluations for some of the most dangerous chemicals indefinitely.”

 

Bill attacks Obama energy, water priorities. House Republicans today released a spending bill for energy and water programs that would block the water rule for a year while boosting funding for fossil energy and an effort to reopen the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository site.
