In Sweetwater, Florida, cars were being towed by the thousands. So many, in fact, that a car was towed in about 37% of all arrests. To add to that ridiculousness, the company that did the towing was partly owned by the city’s mayor. The Resident (aka Lori Harfenist) discusses. Follow The
