the CCTV footage from Cambridge Magistrates court 6 Aug 2012:
“On the 6th of August 2012 I attended Cambridge Magistrates court to lay information for a Private Criminal Prosecution.
The court refused to either allow me to lay information that day, nor give me an date which I could return. Infact they refused to do anything.
When I asked if I could speak with the Court Manager, the heavys were called in! Without cause I was assaulted and manhandled from the Court building. The Court Security claiming under Sec. 53 of the Courts Act 2003
The power permits them to remove a person from the Court Building for the following reasons;
a)enabling court business to be carried on without interference or delay;
(b)maintaining order;
(c)securing the safety of any person in the court building.
This matter is now going before Stevenage Magistrates court (trial date 20/11/12 @ 10am)
It is alleged that I assaulted the court security office

You will see me talking to a member of court staff, they refuse assist in allowing me to lay information before the court, or give me a date or time I may return. I ask to speak with the court manager, this is agreed and the lady walks off……

MY TRIAL FOR ALLEGED ASSAULT OF HEAD of SECURITY at CAMBRIDGE MAGISTRATES – UPDATE
As you know this case is being pushed from pillar to post after the clerk at Cambridge Magistrates BANNED me from every court in county of Cambridgeshire. First of to Kings Lynn, then back south to Stevenage Magistrates..
It would appear now HERTFORDSHIRE CPS have had enough of this case and have ‘lettered’ me informing that they are no longer dealing with the matter…. …
Looks like even they don’t want the wrath of the court when I appear this Tuesday (10am) in Hertford Magistrates Court (Shire Hall, Fore Street, Hertford SG14 1DH) You will see from the attached letter that Hertfordshire CPS want Cambridgeshire CPS to deal with it, even though the case isn’t in their area…
I think they call this PASSING THE BUCK, PASS THE PARCEL or TOSSING THE HOT POTATO…
