Clinton Staffs Were Given Immunity From Destruction
Following the FBI’s recommendation not to charge Hillary Clinton over her handling of State Department email, the House Oversight Committee has asked FBI chief Comey to answer questions about the investigation.
WASHINGTON – The F.B.I. director, James B. Comey Jr., protected himself Thursday against an onslaught of Republican criticism for concluding the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails, but he also supplied new details that can be damaging to her.
At a contentious hearing of the House oversight committee, Mr. Comey recognized under questioning that a number of key statements that Mrs. Clinton made for months in protecting her email system were contradicted by the F.B.I.’s investigation.
Mr. Comey stated that Mrs. Clinton had failed to return “thousands” of work-related emails to the State Department, in spite of her public insistence to the contrary, and that her lawyers might have deleted classified material that the F.B.I. was not able to retrieve. He also detailed her handling of classified material as secretary of state as “negligent” – a legal term he avoided making use of when he announced on Tuesday that “no reasonable prosecutor” would bring a case against her.

She must go to jail. FBI director should resign and being prosecuted too. All Killaries staff that was given immunity should be striped of it and testify too.
