Bush Jr pardoned more than twice as many people, including drug dealers, people that stole explosives, people accused of conspiracy against the US, etc.
Try researching how bad all the other presidents are before you try to throw just one under the bus.

time to legalise and regulate all drugs, just as we regulate the two worst drugs known to man (alcohol & tobacco)
