A Hague court has rejected an appeal by Apple to ban the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the whole of Netherlands and it has cleared the same for sale. According to reports, a different Dutch court had in October, issued a similar ruling, which was then appealed by Cupertino.
They claimed that the Tab was in all ways too similar to their own iPad2. The Hague Court however shot down these arguments and it determined that the differences between the two products are the same and that there is legal justification for them to coexist. The two companies have various legal battles that they are going through, but at the moment, it looks like Samsung is coming out on top.
