Apple’s Map NavigationWorld Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2012 is going on and the day 3 of this conference was another very busy day with interviews, meetings and other programs with parties, PR representative and developers. A recording of iterate episode also became the part of the day featuring some of the very special persons.

Till now we have got some special presents from this conference from different technology companies. Being the largest ever Technology Corporation of the world Apple has also made some contributions and has announced some special presents forthe crazy Apple lovers. Among them the announcement of iOS 6 with number of new and tremendous features is probably the most exciting one. With this latest iOS 6 Apple is going to launch its very own map application discarding the Google’s map service.

It’s time to get a closer view to the navigation features of  iOS 6’s Apple map application which is going to be something very special for Apple iPhone users.According to Apple, here is a short description on the navigation system of Apple map.

For starting navigation one will have to tap the map navigation button which will be located at the top left of the home screen. While in the app set a destination to find out the navigation suggestion. The starting location will be always your current location by default. Like all other existing map app you will be shown a few routes as recommendation and you will be able to select the suitable one for starting navigation. This navigation system will work all around the world.

Thanks to crowd sourced traffic updates and Tom Tom integration. With the progress in your journey your ETA will be quite exact. This map service will suggest you different available routes if there is any heavy traffic. You will have also the option to see 3D view and list of turns you have to take. Though there are some issues with this app, it will be solved before the iOS 6 finally gets released in a few months.
