PlaySpace, which develops social games for Spanish and Portuguese speakers, has scored a $1.9 million funding round led by PeopleFund, along with participation from the Spanish VC Faraday Ventures.

The company currently creates titles for Facebook and the Spanish social network Tuenti, but says it will soon be expanding to iOS and Android, and will use the new capital to improve its product, and to develop and launch new games, including expanding internationally.
