(Before It's News)

PLDT recently rolled out their fiber optic-to-home solution completing its suite of broadband services. PLDT Fibr will offer the fastest connections via fiber optic cables straight to your home.

PLDT Fibr targets the upmarket residential customers of the current broadband subscriber base of the PLDT Group. It has plans ranging from Php3,500 per month for speeds of up to 8Mbps to Php20,000 for speeds of up to 100Mbps, the fastest available in the home market today.

According to PLDT Head of Home Marketing Dan Ibarra, the PLDT Fibr is a clear differentiator for the company. This service not only provides the fastest and most dependable broadband connection but it also allows customers to enjoy the connected entertainment across devices that fit their lifestyle at home.

PLDT vice-president and head of broadband Gary Dujali said PLDT Fibr is currently available in over 70 exclusive villages in Metro Manila, including Forbes Park, Dasmarinas Village, Ayala Alabang, Greenhills, and Valle Verde.

“In the next couple of months, we will have PLDT Fibr in around 100 villages to include luxury residences in Batangas, Cebu, and Davao,” he said.

Of course, for the people living outside those areas, there’s always PLDT myDSL and myBro plans to fall back to.
