Estimated Class undecided, range 2 – 4, problem wall and scrub

UHI, local hardstanding and buildings, wall, vegetation, distance, none, very exposed coastal location by the English/French Channel.

Confirmation of the exact Stevenson screen location and height of the wall might help but interpretation of the WMO classification is needed.

The wind there is severe so the scrub won’t grow tall, no trees can grow as such.

I expected this one to be Class 1 but full exposure for a screen ought not to be a problem. Rain gauges are a different matter, there are though other enclosures, some presumably for navigation services.
