GM issues service bulletin for 2013 Chevy Volt electric stalling issues

General Motors has announced that they will reprogram the engine control software on the 2013 Chevrolet Volt over a concern that the delayed charging feature could cause the electric drive engine to “stall” while being driven – although it should be pointed out that this is not a recall of the electric Chevy.
