With a display that is expected to consume less power, the AQUOS pad SHT21 claims to have more than two times longer battery life than its predecessors. This new device is scheduled to be released in December by on Japanese carrier KDDI.
It comes only a few days after the release of AQUOS Phone eta SH-O2E which was first to have Sharps new IGZO LCD technology. It will weigh about 280g, with a 1.5GHz dual-core MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 processor. It will also feature a pen input, 1280×800 resolution, 1GB ram, 16GB storage and Bluetooth 4.0. Other features include 4G LTE and a slot for external memory.
