(Before It's News)

ChromebookOn 18th October, Samsung electronics released the first ever Chromebook. The notebook uses Google Chrome operating system and is built with a dual ARM Cortex A15 tech based chip. It also features an 11.6 inch screen coupled with an ARM Mali graphics core for higher end visual usage.

In retrospect to other x86 based notebooks in the market, Chromebook by far has a modest price tag with a starting price of $249.  The notebook further attributes to a 1366*768 resolution with 2GB DDR3L memory (RAM).

The Chromebook has 100GB cloud storage with a 16 GB solid state drive. In regard to the dimensions of the device it weighs 1.13 kg and has a thickness of 2cm. Surprisingly, the notebook has a 6.5 hour backup which relatively is a high backup time for notebooks of such specification and seemingly so it also has a Chromebox syncing device that makes the huge backup time a great advantage to share data.
