Release Dates For Halo 4 Map Packs Leaked
The German Xbox 360 console dashboard has exposed dates for Halo 4 Map packs. According to MP1st, Halo 4 will feature three new additions of maps between November to April 2013. The report has also detailed that the first map pack will be Crimson Map Pack with a predicted launch date of December 10. The map will feature new arenas named Shatter, Harvest and Wreckage.
Following the first map will be Majestic Map Pack that will be launched on February 25. This map will add onto the number of settings in Halo 4 and will feature Skyline, Monolith and Landfall.
The third and final map, Castle Map Pack, will be launched on April 1, 2013 and it will include Outcast, Daybreak and Perdition. The DLC is considered as a part of War Games Map Pass which is listed for a retail price of 2000 Microsoft Points (equal to $25).
Halo 4 was launched earlier in the month of November and is one of the biggest games to be launched this year. The game features a setting, three years after the events of its predecessor, Halo 3. Halo 4 marks the return of Master Chief, however, after the launch, there were several issues reported with the game including matchmaking problems, connection and ranking issues.
