Final Issue of Nintendo Honors First Issue
Fans of Nintendo Power, the Nintendo-centric magazine will be in for a treat as they sign off with their coming final issue. Reports have it that they would be honoring the very first issue that was published in 1988 where the final issue would be aping the Super Marios Bros. 2 just as they did with the first issue then way back in 1988. Reports have it that the cover story will feature the Super Mario Bros. 2 in what is described as a clay-styled setup while they do a story on the New Super Mario Bros U. So it would be ending with another game from the same franchise it started with years back.
Fans of the magazine should be expecting the final issue from the 11th of December. They will be paying homage to their humble beginnings while writing a piece on the future of the Super Mario franchise for their last issue.
