HDH Group celebrates 30 years by giving back to the community.

The HDH Group, a leading provider of risk management, human capital management and alternative risk solutions, awarded holiday donations to 12 nonprofits totaling $30,000  in honor of the company’s 30th Anniversary during a client reception on December 6th held at the Grand Concourse Restaurant.  The twelve nonprofit organizations were randomly selected from a group of over 50 nonprofits that were nominated by clients to receive the donations.

Founder and current HDH Group Chairman Bryan Hondru was on hand to announce the grand donation of $10,000 awarded to the North Hills Community Outreach.  He commented on the evening and the company’s anniversary, “This has been a great evening with clients and a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary.  So many worthwhile organizations were nominated, including a number of nonprofits that are HDH clients.  We’re delighted to mark our first 30 years by awarding donations to organizations that do such great work, especially at this time of year,” said Hondru.

$5,000 – St. Clair Hospital Foundation – Nominated by Linda Lattner of St. Clair Hospital

$5,000 – Genre Kids with Cancer – Nominated by Molly Perenic – MARC USA

$2,500 – Ronald McDonald House of Pittsburgh – Nominated by Dave Montz of Greentree Boro and Shawn Kaufman of J&J Truck Bodies & Trailers

$1,500 – The Watson Institute – Nominated by Barry Bohn, Linda Campbell, Melissa Painter, and Ray White of The Watson Institute

$1,500 – Stribmu Memorial Foundation – James Grasso and Deb Fleischer of Liberty Steel Products

$1,000 – Northern Area Multi Services – Nominated by Maggie Metzer of Northern Area Multi Services

$1,000 – National Multiple Sclerosis Central PA Chapter – Nominated by Phil Sukenik of Hoss’s Steak & Sea House

$1,000 – Healthy Start of Pittsburgh – Nominated by Cheryl Flint and Doug Arnold of Healthy Start of Pittsburgh

$500 – Butler Health System Foundation – Nominated by Patti-Ann Kanterman of Associated Ceramics & Technology
