(Before It's News)

After the “portico” update that has been rolled out to Nokia Lumia 920 phones earlier this week, some users have started reporting issues with their devices. Will we need another “update” to fix this update?

This release through which, among other changes, the device camera has been made sharper has resulted in users facing problems while adjusting screen brightness levels. Looks like the upgraded handsets keep tweaking brightness levels in normally illuminated areas. This could have a serious drain on your battery if prolonged. Some users claim this can be fixed by powering your phone in darkness thereby re-calibrating the ambient light sensor.

Another set of reports claim that this update has not fixed the random reboots issue found earlier. Apparently a user was told that the issue could be with the update when he contacted AT&T support.

Have you faced any of these issues after your update? Have you faced any new issues? Do write in with your experiences.
