Google’s Siri-like competitor, Google Now, is making the move to the full-screen. pointed out by CNET (originally found by Francois Beaufort, a new listing on the Chromium development site shows a new “skeleton for Google Now for Chrome” has been created. The project is clearly in the early stages but has the potential to be a huge feature of Chrome later on down the road.
By integrating Google Now features into Chrome, Google is bringing a big traffic and information source to both mobile and desktop platforms, which will of course result in more revenue.
