According to court records and lawsuit details ‘Anwar Ogiste’ was formally accused of sharing seven movie video clips on a gay torrent site, Defendant ‘Flava works’ a porno movie company based out of Miami, FL. had a little more to go on than a mere IP address as evidence.

Defendant had a valid paid account at the Flava Works website where he could legally download movies to his computer. However, those movies he downloaded were forbidden by user agreement and terms of use to share with others, and this is where things went south for him.

The company was able to trace back the illicit copies directly to his fully paid user account through a unique code that was embeded in the videos.
