Could Sony Be Cooking a 6.44 Inch Smartphone?
Recently, there was a photo that showed Sony could be heading to what Samsung has done with the Galaxy Notebook collection of devices. The photo indicated that Sony could be working on a device that measures about 6.44 inches. It is likely that the size cannot be for a smartphone but then again the size of the screen is estimated at about 5 inches.
Even though we are not sure of the phone or tablet that Sony is working on, we can be confident that the screen size will give something like 1080pixels resolution. It could be too much to expect that Sony will give more details or at least launch the device in the Mobile World Congress show that is scheduled for next month. This is simply because it is only recently that Sony launched Xperia Z but anything can happen. They may opt to launch it since it is very likely that the display can only be for a tablet or media player and not a smartphone.
