Gollum’s Precious Version of ‘I Dreamed a Dream’

Sure, it’s pretty distressing to hear Fantine’s story in Les Miserables, the Broadway-play-turned-Oscar-nominated-film. The character, most recently played by Anne Hathaway, gets into some iffy situations.
But you know who has a really sad story? Gollum from Lord of the Rings. He loses his only ring to a bunch of greedy boys and has nothing left to live for.
