Wait, he wasn’t there? It was Speaker of the House John Boehner, you say? No! The resemblance, some say, is uncanny.
Much of Twitter agreed: Johnny boy put on his best grumpy-puss face while U.S. President Barack Obama outlined his plans for the future. The Republican sat crotchety-ly behind the Prez, barely flinching at the jokes, squirming during the touchy-feely parts and managing to stay in his seats during virtually every standing O.
