The limits for talk, and the dream of cladistics
Talk is like wrestling on different views of reality.
We are limited to claim the views Right (eg, blue), Left (eg, Red) or Middle. The problem with Middle, however, is that it is can only be a compromise of either Right-left or Left-right.
Cladistics, however, does not accept these factual limits for talk, but instead claims that the view Middle indeed can be a Single True Middle (ie, not a compromise), and then goes out into the world in search for this Single True View of reality. Cladistics is thus not a view of reality, but the view of views that believes (claims) there is a Single True View of reality to be found. Unfortunately for cladistics, Betrand Russell demonstrated already 1901 that this hypothetical Single True View in fact is a paradox (ie, Russell’s paradox), meaning that cladistics in practice is an infinite recursion (ie, infinite loop).
