Well, you might want to check out Reddit’s Ask Me Anything board. Since 1 o’clock EST Wednesday afternoon, Facebook university recruiter Will Barnett and other members of the recruiting team have been fielding questions on what the company looks for in an applicant. While they can’t answer every gripe you’ve ever had with the social media site, Barnett promised they will answer “almost” anything for five hours.
