(Before It's News)

As you may have noticed by now, the Twitter and Facebook applications on BlackBerry 10 were not so great at one point as they lacked a lot functionality offered for other platforms, or even the legacy BlackBerry devices. However, we have seen a couple updates roll out which slowly brought back some of those features we missed. According to
CrackBerry, there seems to be another update currently rolling out now, but seems to not include all functionality we’d like to see. I have not yet received this update yet, but I guess it could take some time to reach out to all.
For Facebook, the update includes improved photo tagging, tools for events and additional sharing options. In Twitter, there’s full conversation support for tweets and the ability to edit your profile from inside the application. Direct Messaging was made available in the last update which is located under the Me tab for those who have not picked this up. It is a bit confusing and misplaced if you ask me, but it does work.
