Commenting Woes [EvolutionBlog]

There seems to be a problem with the comments on some of the older posts. The problem is that sometimes after you hit “Submit Comment” the comment does not display. If you try to resubmit it, however, the computer will tell you that you have already submitted that comment. It is as if the computer believes that it did display the comment, when really it did not. Some people have written to inform me of the problem, and I have experienced the problem myself from several different computers. On the other hand, it seems like some comments are getting through. It is all very strange.
So, I’m not sure what the problem is. Hopefully I will be able to get it fixed soon, but I’m open to suggestions about what the problem could be.
