It occurs to me that the megalithic complex at Gunungpadang in Java has features which recall the megalithic “Monument” at Yonagumi near Japan, and both could relate to a single original culture which existed in the Pleistocene (during the last great Ice Age). Both structures are in such ruin that it is difficult to figure their original appearance, but there are definite resembalances.
