Google Play Books v3.1.17 apk download
Google has pushed out a new update for the Google Play Books apps tonight. It moves the app to version 3.1.17. That is pretty substantial over the previous 3.0.15. It also gets a little bit larger coming in at 6.48MBs. The update offers quite a bit of new stuff for those book lovers out there. Take look:

  • Books open more quickly and smoothly.
  • Upload EPUB or PDF files to your library from your phone or tablet. From email or Downloads, touch the file to open it and choose Upload to Play Books.
  • Improved look and feel of highlights and notes.
  • Lower brightness settings, for better reading in low light.
  • Read any book in landscape view.
  • Dismiss recommended books in Read Now.
  • Additional improvements in performance, stability and accessibility.

I’m pretty happy to see the ability to upload EPUB and PDF’s from the phone and tablet. The rest of the additions are a welcomed sight as well.

As always, you can keep an eye on the Play Store for the update to hit your device. If you don’t see it and don’t want to wait, you can always hit up the apk download at Gappsearly.
