Greg stated, “The focus of the session was to provide insight into how the right reporting and analytics solution can provide needed visibility into program activity, interventions, actual member engagement, and overall program success.” This presentation included a demonstration of a practical, real-world dashboard organizations can use to make smart decisions about targeted care interventions in order to improve outreach effectiveness and reduce care management costs.
