Giants existed everywhere, some with copper finery buried in mounds/caves, etc. US giants are 7-9 footers with anomalies like double row of teeth, horned, and 6 digits. Dwarfs are nearby in some localities. I developed a Google Earth database that is a repository for Global Giant Reports. Here is a picture of the US portion

I notice that there appears to be a pin on Vancouver Island. There has never been reports of giants here. Hell, we even have short basketball players.
